To ensure the highest level of ethical care, we only accept referrals from hospitals or emergency treatment facilities and strictly DO NOT participate in patient brokering under any circumstances.

Lighthouse Family Residential is a licensed B8 facility under the Arizona Department of Health Services. We provide a safe, healthy, and family-like, substance-free living environment designed to support individuals in their recovery from addiction and mental health challenges. Our program fosters stability, accountability, and community, creating the foundation for sustained recovery and personal growth.

Our facility maintains clearly written, easy-to-understand policies and procedures that outline all aspects of our operations. These documents are readily accessible to both staff and residents to ensure transparency and consistency. Additionally, residents’ rights and expectations are explicitly documented and prominently posted within the facility to promote awareness and respect for all individuals in our care.

Lighthouse Family Residential is fully licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a Behavioral Health Residential Facility. We are also certified by the City of Maricopa to operate as a group home for up to six residents. All staff members are appropriately licensed or certified by relevant regulatory bodies to ensure they are qualified to carry out their responsibilities with professionalism and care.
